Residential Valuers and Building Surveyors
Based in one of e.surv’s surveying offices and covering a local area, surveyors must be MRICS or FRICS qualified with experience in the residential property industry.
Administration/Customer Service
A number of positions are encompassed within this sector – Quality Control, Customer Service, Accounts, Audit, typing and secretarial, data input, IT and Business Development. Sales Consultant
Predominately based in branch, occasionally attending accompanied viewings with potential buyers, securing quality viewings, looking after buyers and sellers needs, market appraisals and Financial Services appointments, sales negotiation, ability to work to a highly professional standard in line with company guidelines.
Valuation Manager
Based in branch but primarily required to conduct external valuations, secure instructions of residential properties in line with set targets, develop and analyse market share, arrange canvassing, proactively promote our services to new home builders, part exchange developers etc., secure mortgage appointments for the branch Financial Consultant along with conveyancing and Home Information Pack leads for the office. A full driving license is essential with permanent use of a vehicle insured for business.
Sales Manager
Predominantly based in branch, maximise income through residential sales, lettings, mortgages, conveyancing and Home Information Packs, achieve branch targets in line with set expectations, management, development and retention of branch staff, adherence to internal standards and Legislation, identify opportunities for business development and implement company business plans.
Area Sales Manager/Director
Responsible for 3 to 12 branches depending on location and experience, accountability for the income generated by residential sales, lettings, mortgages, conveyancing and Home Information packs, recruitment, progression, training and retention of staff, identifying and implementing opportunities for business development in line with company guidelines, creating and managing business plans, responsibility for weekly, monthly and annual profit and loss accounts.
Branch Administrator
Based in a branch, providing administrative support to designated branches, producing accurate sales particulars and other administrative duties.
Financial Consultant
Based in branch, maximise the sale of mortgages and Norwich Union Life products, comply with company policies and procedures, assist the sales manager in improving appointment generation within the team and self-generate where necessary.

Lettings Consultant
Based in Branch, identify potential applicants, obtain quality viewings and maximise sales of insurance products, conduct negotiations. To achieve lettings sales targets and pricing policy.
Property Inspector
Mobile, conduct inspections of properties for the purpose of dilapidations/inventories and resolving customer issues in accordance with internal procedures.
Lettings Manager
Based in branch, maximise business and delivers branch profit. Achieve targets, prospect and generate new business. Obtain and conduct landlord valuations. Develop branch staff. Ensure compliance with internal procedures to achieve high service levels.
Area Lettings Manager
Covers up to 9 Branches, delivers profit and directs the sale of specialist lettings products and services. Develop Lettings and related products. Recruitment and retention of staff. Training, coaching and development of staff to raise productivity.
Lettings Co-ordinator
Based in Branch, maintain an administrative system for the branch, processing forms and proposals, diary management, collating management information.
